The best way to get there is with the little shuttle bus that runs between Budva and Montenegro-.It takes about 20 minutes and cost €1.50. I would get off at the Sveti Stefan stop, walk down to the beach at Sveti Stefan, have a drink or lunch at the beach cafe and walk about 10 min thru the pine forest to Milocer.
